I understand that  journey with friends is always enjoying and interesting.

We reached there 10.40am and, we are welcomed by welcome drinks, and the outer view was awesome and generating curiosity. My eyes stucked in the beauty of the ambiance and surroundings .A green world... pouring freshness and positivity.

About Guru Gopinath Natanagramam

The Guru Gopinath Natanagramam is a cultural institution functioning under the Department of Culture,Government of Kerala. It was Started in 1994,the Centre, named after the late Dr. Guru Gopinath, a pioneer reformer of Kathakali dance. The Guru Gopinath Natanagramam has been established as a centre for learning, training and research in various Indian Dance forms, particularly Kerala Natanam, the dance form composed by the maestro Guru Gopinath. The institution carries on the attempts initiated by the Guru to popularize the dance forms of Kerala and to find fresh talents. Pioneering the training and development of the Kerala Natanam style of dancing, promotion of all Indian classical and folk dance forms and setting up of audio visual library and research Centre, organizing dance festivals are the other aims of the society.

 About Guruji

Guru Gopinath was born in 1908 to a family whose menfolk had for generations appreciated and engaged in the performance of the art form Kathakali. Along with the American dancer with Indian connections,Ragini Devi,  found the costumes, trinkets, and make-up used in Kathakali and its staging obstructing its appreciation outside Kerala. Hence, they experimented with a simpler and more compact artform without losing the beauty and conventional flavor of Kathakali. Their devotion to the cause soon found success and marked the evolution of Kerala Natanam.

The life devoted to performance and promotion of
dance ended, quiet fittingly, on stage engaged in
the art he loved and enriched. Guru Gopinath left a rich
legacy that continues inspiring generations
that followed him. Establishing a National Dance
Museum is part of his mission and this proposal is
step forward in fulfilling that dream.

We explored the museum with big eyes. We realized the real story of Kerala art forms- Kathakali, Theyam, Mohiniyattam, Kerala Nadanam a lot of unfamiliarized art forms also. We travelled through their history, dressing style, traditions etc. Not  only the arts in Kerala, but also of all over the world gave us a mesmerizing journey .

It was infinite.... a remember to our culture and traditions. Remembering how the culture has evolved as we live today. A journey to our Roots....

Then we watched a short documentary about Theyam in their 5D theatre, a mind-blowing experience ...
a mix of culture, traditions, emotions...heart touching picturization of Theyam.

Later we had a presentation session by Dr. Sajeev Nair, is a Doctoral degree holder (PhD) in Engineering Science,, Graduate Electrical Engineer, Chartered Engineer, Life time Member and Fellow of Institution of Engineers, Life Member of National Safety Council and ISTD, Lead IMS auditor, with additional International Qualifications in Learning and Competency. Currently he is the Senior Vice President – Learning and Development, and Head, Manufacturing at Reliance Industries Limited .He has acted in over 500 plays while directed and produced many as well. The student and follower of Guru Gopinath. Belives and advocates in ,

'The true objective of theatre is staying true to our roots'

He led us to the world of Kerala Natanam, Abhinaya, Mudras, Nava rasas. His facial expressions, body and hand movements, eye movement was great lessons for us. an interesting session filled with curiosity.

Realised,

"Art has a power to Transform, to Illuminate, to Educate , Inspire and Motivate...."

Later we had our lunch by sitting on the floor, chatting with friends, sharing foods....remembering the school days....moments of refreshing mind and soul.

Then we returned back to home with full of positivity, a kind of refreshing ....
The Natanagram taught me,

"Art is not what you see, but what you make others to see"

and someone whispering in my ear,

Art is the highest form of Hopes.... A journey of free soul

Life brings tears, smiles and memories. The tears dry,the smiles fade, but the Memories last forever....

Dear Anne,

It was a unforgettable chapter of my life, lot of moments close to heart ....

School Induction Programme was an amazing journey, unending one. We explored many, new experiences , lovely interactions.... A fruitful program.

From the first day to last day GHSS Venjaramoodu gifted so many valuable memories. We got a warm welcome there, we spend lots of time with teachers- really hardworking and loving. School is large enough ,but the excellence of students are great beyond everything. Since the school is in the centre of a crowded town, there are some challenges faced by them, but they overcome them all by their achievements and results.

A high-tech school, all class rooms are smart. Facilitated by ICT , a great advancement of technology and education. Also providing library, lab , auditorium, playground, lunch facilities.

Lunch is provided by the school for around 400 students. We became the part of it, it was another mesmerizing experience. Delicious lunch still in our memories. The interaction with Kamalamma- the great, super chef was interesting and memorable.

Students , another pillar of the school. We engaged many classrooms . Students were amazing and friendly. They really enjoyed and participated the activities. They were thrilled and excited , and all are happy to welcome us. I realised that, they are more interested in offline classes than online modes. When asked about the online classes, their opinions was interesting and funny.

Classes helps us to really moulding as teachers. Understanding the student's approaches, thoughts and ideas. They are really talented in many ways. Some moment became the stages of presenting their talents. Priceless memories...

I realised,

There is a great beauty in the little things...

Teachers were really cooperative and approachable. They gave us so many opportunities to explore and manage  classes. Their efforts are incredible and appreciated.

So many memories paved in my mind within this short time. They always sweeten our soul. Remembering the saying,

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a memory is priceless...

A interesting chapter in my life, need more and more rewinding.

We don't remember days . . We remember moments...

The returning journey was little bit sad, saying bye to the school was little tough. Something is wounding heart. Something is sticking in mind. May be the Memories...

Remembering,

Life is about trusting our feelings and taking chances losing and finding happiness.... appreciating the memories and learning from the past.....

To new beginnings... To the pursuit of somethingness.....

What You Think,You Become. What You Feel, You Attract. What You Imagine,You create...

Dear Anne,

We stepped in mesmerizing moments of School Induction Programme. I got G.H.S.S Venjaramoodu for my induction programme. Another great leap.... We entered the school with full of curiosity and little eagerness. I remembered those school days, Playing with friends, interaction with teachers, activities in school - sweetness of those days felt in mind. An indescribable thoughts...and a freshness in my mind....

We 14 students from different Optionals, reached the school at 9.15 am. Classes started with prayer and pledge. We met Headmistress of the school - Sreeja teacher,  loving and calm . We introduced ourselves and about the Induction Programme. She allotted a room for ours, we spend sometime there by taking photos, selfies, and a short exploration of Surroundings. Interactive session...

I met my old school teacher Remany , she cared ours a lot. I remembered her Hindi classes, and we shared those sweet memories also. It was unexpected but interesting moments.... I really experienced our teachers love, affection through her. Sometimes they could not recognise their students, but their love and affection is unstoppable and is inspiring for us the budding teachers.

And we( me and Anju ) managed the 10 A class for a period. It was another unforgettable experience. There are twenty two students were there, we discussed about atomic symbol and gave a workout on that topic . Students were Cooperative , but I felt the mindset of students has greatly changed after the online classes, they want to explore beyond the text , classrooms. It was a mesmerizing experience, a true and genuine practice of our Theoretical aspects of  teaching.

Later hours we spend for exploring the surroundings, facilities. It was a government school located in nearly a  village environment. Still progressing, moulding scool. But the students are highly talented and potential. The results are incredible.

I remembered the words,

A dream doesn't become reality through magic, It takes Sweat, Determination and Hard work....

Glimpses of simplicity and productivity...

In the evening we attended the SPC parade and practice. Very powerful and inspiring session. There are several other facilities in the school including SPC, Students radio station, different clubs, and provision of school bus and lunch.

I felt, There were no extra colours of richness and luxury . But there we can feel a touch of progression and hardwork, the student's achievements and talents are building the colours of success. In every corner we can felt the invisible vibes of  freshness, relaxation and moreover the Simplicity.

Someone is whispering in my ears,

The stars nodded,

The ocean agreed,

The flowers chorused,

"Bloom now - bloom free "

- Rise , again....

Yes ,  first day created the flash of hopes and dreams in my mind. Fulfilling the words,

Hope grows everywhere.....

If you want to go fast , go alone. If you want to go far , go together.....

Dear Anne,

It was another mesmerizing chapter of my MTTC life book. Two events, which are going to be the part of our college history. Stepping stones... Giving new beginning and spreading immense hopes...

It was our college union election. A historical event. A democratic one... Different representatives from all the optionals selected our college union Chairperson, and Vise chairperson and other members of 2021-2023 college union. A dream team. College united for achieving a great step , selected a Chairperson. Moments of fulfilling the unaccomplished words in democracy by the unity of MTTC. Teachers, students, the whole campus paved a milestone in the history.

For a campus, Union is the backbone. Aneesha was selected as the Chairperson, and Aravind as the Vice chairperson, Austin as the Magazine editor, Gayathri as the General secretary, Nithin as UUC and other representatives were became the part of union.

It seems me,

If everyone is moving forward together, then Success Takes care of itself...

The unity of the team projected,

We may have all come on different ships, but we are in the same boat now...

They represent the future days of MTTc,they may become the un written chapters of history.

Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success....

All the wishes from my bottom of heart....

Tomorrow is going to be another mesmerizing day, starting of our School induction programme. Another big and responsible step in our teaching career. Evening session was filled with prayers and blessings of the whole MTTC. Pricipal as well as teachers gave detailed instructions and a short description of what we have to do during those induction days ...

It seems that,

We don't grow when things are easy, We grow when we face challenges....

Coming days of hopes .... Journey to the  Unexplored chapter ... Only hope and dreams are along with this journey.

We can and we will

Let us make it happen...

And I believe that,

Imagine with all your mind, Believe with all your heart, Achieve with all your might...

Hopes gives me the wings to fly....

With lots of hopes.....

Stop trying to calm the Storm, Calm youself. The storm will Pass...

Dear Anne,

It was another mesmerizing day . Morning was very pleasent and feeling relaxed and refreshing. The morning rays were touching us, pouring invisible hopes .... It was Friday.. almost end of the week, so that un described feeling was filled in air.

First session was Gibi ma'am, class started with a prayer, giving a calmness in mind. She discussed about a new term' Whole Brain Learning'. And some activities related to the topic. And we have group discussion session, about topics in Psychology including , Introspection, Case study, Observation, Experimental method, and Psychoanalytic method. We got the Psychoanalytic method, and with help of the text book, we discussed and prepared a short note on that. Group discussion is always interesting , showing the possibility of exchange of different thoughts, ideas, etc. It is a stage of development of our Knowledge also.

It is a fact that,

We learn 10% of what we read, 20%of what we hear, 30% of what we see, 50% of what we both hear and see, 70% of what we discussed, 80%of what we experience personally, 95% of what we teach to someone else.

Later session was Art And Theatre. Reju sir introduced a number of new games to us, number games, driving games, etc. It was fun and energetic. Our concentration power, thinking abilities, reaction times were tested. These are not only for fun , but it helps us in building a confidence, overcoming stage fear, and mingling with a crowd. And also they are useful for us , as teachers , and we can engage students in these activities to releaving their stress and making them more active. Short moment giving precious lessons for life....

Next , afternoon session was our optional Physical Science, Neena ma'am discussed about our School induction programme, and about the process skills both basic and integrated skills. It was interesting and thoughtful also...

Evening hours we explored the college, visited library. College was in the preparation of Valentine's day celebrations, programmes organised by our college union. The light of unity was flashed everywhere.

It remember me,

Live for the moments, you cannot put into words....

The essence of each moment is beyond the lenses of camera, It can be only, see through our souls not only  through the eyes...

''Hopes lies in dreams, in imagination, and in courage of those who dare to make dreams in to reality...."

With lots of hopes... Good Night dear...

Have a Heart that never hardens, and a temper that never tries, and a touch that never hurts....

Dear Anne,

And it was another Yoga day. Yoga gives a tremendous amount of energy for the whole day. Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the peace of mind. The experience and results are indescribable... A Positivity, A relaxation....

Yoga session started with saying,

"Yoga is the journey of the self through the self to the self"

Meaningful words...

We practiced different Asanas including Vrikshasana, Thadasana, and face yoga methods. A feeling of freshness and peace generated throughout the session.

It was very useful and also valuable for our future career. And seminar session was continued by English Optional students. They presented Characteristics of Indian Society -Ethnicity.

Later hours were the technology Seminar by Mathematics optional, guided by Joju sir. They discussed about Copyright, Netiquitte, Plagiarism, Hacking, Phishing, and Software piracy. They cover a wide topic relavant in modern society. Each presentation was unique and interesting. Joju sir throughout, continuously motivating them .

In the evening we have a meeting regarding the orientation of clubs . In that session, sir gave a brief introduction about different clubs in our MTTC and their activities. I felt MTTC is giving equal weightage and preference to the co- curricular activities , for moulding us as Successful Teachers.

Day had passed very fast without any lag. An ordinary day gifted many precious moments and memories , erased all the barriers created by the burning summer.

In the returning journey to home, a cool breeze blew through my hair ,  touched my skin and whispered in my ears,

" Live inside the Hopes....not admire it from a distance but live right in it,Under it's Roof...

Hoping a lot... Good night dear....
