It was a Thursday, i have no classes as per the time table. But I got a free period in 9 A, in fourth hour. So I took health Education lesson Mental Health. I introduced the topic using animated video and carried out the session by conducting interaction with students, asking the mental health issues they are facing, stress and i explained different positive and negative emotions. And finally I explained how we can attain mental health and the tips to attain mental health. It was a lively, interactive session.
In the fifth period, i got a free period in 8C, so that I took the topic Lightning Safety and lightning Conductor. And showed videos and gave some activities. It was an interesting session.
Last period i got 8C again, so I engaged them with a game called Hot seat . They were very active and energetic to play games. Enthusiastic session....
Another fruitful day fallen.......
